Kabisa runs the vehicles, the chargers, the garage network and the software that connects them. That means the people here work end to end: a technician trained in Kigali, a route planned in Nairobi and a charger commissioned on a highway are all part of the same operation.
The work is practical and it is visible. Most of what we build is new to the region, so the answer is rarely in a manual. We hire people who are comfortable with that and who want to train the next set of people behind them.
