This Cookie Policy explains how Kabisa Electric Ltd. (in Kenya, Kabisa Kenya) — see our Privacy Policy for full contact details — uses cookies and similar storage technologies on:
- the gokabisa.com website;
- the web version of the Kabisa consumer app and fleet app;
- the CPMS console used by our staff and station-operator partners.
The native mobile app doesn't use browser cookies — it uses your device's own secure storage for the equivalent purposes (keeping you signed in, remembering your language), covered by our Privacy Policy instead of this document.
1. What we use, and why
We use strictly-necessary and functional storage only — nothing here is optional, and none of it is used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Where your browser blocks cookies (or you're on a device that doesn't support them), some of the Services below may not work — you'll need to re-enter information each visit at minimum.

2. What we don't use
- No advertising or ad-retargeting cookies.
- No third-party analytics cookies today. If we later add a product-analytics tool (e.g. to understand which features get used), it will be listed here — with an opt-out where the law requires one — before it ships, not after. Until then, any usage figures we report internally come from our own server logs, aggregated and anonymised (see the Privacy Policy's retention table).
- No social-media embed cookies.
3. Managing storage
- Browser cookies/local storage: clear them via your browser's settings (this signs you out of the web app, CPMS, and gokabisa.com, and resets your language preference).
- Native app: use Profile → Delete account, or uninstalling the app, which removes its local device storage.
Clearing storage doesn't delete your Kabisa account or the personal data described in our Privacy Policy — for that, see that policy's account-deletion section.
4. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when what we use changes — most importantly, before adding any analytics or advertising technology, not after.
